1 on 1 calls are a quick way of assessing how I may be able to help you on your fitness journey so you are able to reach your goals quickly and in the best way possible.
It will take place over zoom. Questions can be asked about any topic fitness related and I will do my best to answer all of them correctly.
This 1 on 1 call can be seen as a quick and efficient coaching session. Each call is 20 mins max.
